Gallardos are still relatively expensive because Lamborghini has a wider appeal than, say, Ferrari (by the nature of the product and its market—more style than outright performance).
Also, despite high production numbers by Lambo standards, it’s still a relatively rare car at under 12,000 total units produced over nearly ten years.
For comparison, 360s and early F430s tend to ask slightly less (70s-90s, unless it’s a rare manual F430).

well yeah true true. And of those 12,000, only so many came to the US and not totaled/burnt.

I definitely see a lot more F430s and 458s than I do Gallardos and Huracans
